Backerise is under no obligation to control User Content that you or other user upload or publish, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. Backerise may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

If your project didn't get new pledges as much amount as you paid, we'll refund the difference.

For example: You only receive $500 from new pledges when the campaign ends, but paid $800 for a Dedicate Package, $300 will be refunded to you.

The policy doesn't comply to project cancelation, suspension, and funding unsuccessful.

Order Cancelling Policy

You are entitled to cancel the order within 24 hours of the payment and before our service has started. The cacellation can't be authorized if the service Backerise provided has already started. For exapmple, the NL has been sent out.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

After receiving the notification, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. However, please note that you will be charged an 8% refund fee. This fee is necessary as it is imposed by the bank and will be deducted from the total amount that you will receive.
